ComLink logs $555,000 in January HomeLink Learning System orders.

ComLink signs letter of intent with Mainstreet Alliance and Horizon Energy to combine assets and form a new marketing venture under Horizon.


1992

ComLink acquires world-wide marketing and distribution rights for the FourMat Learning Processor from FourMat Corporation.

ComLink acquires home education rights from Wasatch Education Systems, Inc., for K - 12th grade Integrated Learning System (ILS). The Wasatch CD-ROM courseware includes over 3,000 hours of computer aided instruction. ComLink will be the first to offer the power of a complete computer learning lab software package for home use.

ComLink begins marketing K-12 computer-based curriculum through its subsidiary HomeLink, Inc.

HomeLink unveils first home learning system combining a complete software curriculum CD-ROM package with a pc-based multimedia hardware system.

ComLink ends year with $503,000 in HomeLink Learning System orders.

ComLink announces the signing of a potential multi-million dollar contract with Allen Communications, a leading computer based training company.

ComLink announces formation of domestic and international marketing divisions and hiring of international marketing director.

ComLink announces the hiring of E. Wayne Nelson as its new President and Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Nelson was the former Vice-President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Geneva Steel Corporation and the previous Chief Budget Officer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

ComLink announces the completion of the purchase of the majority interest in Complement Corporation and the hiring of additional marketing personnel.

ComLink displays its new multi-media software products at the Comdex computer show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Announces availability of products for second quarter of 1991.


1989

Tahoma Corporation changes name to VIP*ComLink dba ComLink International.

ComLink International acquires world-wide distribution and marketing rights from Complement Corp. (a communications software company). Complement has developed a breakthrough capability for multi-media software applications.

ComLink International's subsidiary VIP*Long Distance, Inc. enters into an agreement with TelAmerica, Inc. (a $60m long-distance reseller) allowing TelAmerica to purchase the primary assets of VIP*Long Distance.


1986

Tahoma Corporation (fka HAFS) acquires 100% ownership of VIP Long Distance, Inc. (a long-distance telecommunications reseller) and VIP NetMark, Inc. (a telecommunications marketing company).


1985

HAFS Corporation acquires 100% of Tahoma Electronics, Inc., a privately held computer oriented technical school.

HAFS Corporation changes name to Tahoma Corporation.


1984

The company is founded under the name of HAFS Corporation.

HAFS Corporation receives authorization for public offering of 2,500,000 of its common shares.
